I would like to introduce you to the worldwide unique precision etching for quartz glass preforms (MCVD/PCVD)
In our treatment, there is no change in the ovality, conicity or optics of the preforms, the preforms remain crystal clear.

We always dimension (cold forming) the circumference according to customer requirements with an accuracy of +/-0.05mm(for special fibers, e.g.: insensitive to bending)
follow the ovality of turning a preform, measured with a laser before and after the
Treatment (according to customer specification minus 4.5 mm +/- 0.05 mm)
